ListViewerをスクロールして指を離すとリストが動きます。

Caedeの最新版にて、ListViewerを使っています。
以下のページ

を参考に、動かしているのですが、ListViewerをスクロールして指を離すとリストが動きます。
スクリーンクラスには以下のコードを書いています。
