Curl Global Community

Hi,
I want my client pc keeps polling my web server, for every 500ms.
The language should be cURL and PHP.
That is first step I need to start. Could anyone help me out? I will appreciate that!!

PS: the language used in most of my page is PHP. The cURL has been setup and tested.
