curl appserver rewrite rule issue?

Hi

www.curlap.com is resolving fine but

http://curlap.com is failing to connect

Should it not rewrite to www ?

Cheers,

Robert

PS
I see that https://www.curlap.com/ is coming up with a warning as untrusted certificate, as well.
