Caedeを使うために、Android SDK Toolsをアップデートしたところ、
"A folder failed to be moved. On Windows this typically means that a program is using that folder (for example Windows Explorer or your anti-virus software.) Please momentarily deactivate your anti-virus software or close any running programs that may be accessing the directory '(Android　SDKのインストールフォルダ)'. When ready, press YES to try again."

が発生しました。


Caedeとは関係なさそうですが、ご教授頂けないでしょうか？

私も同じ問題が発生しました。
以下の対処を順に行ったところ、うまくいきました。

●ウィルスソフトの解除（メッセージに書いているのでためしました）
●インストールしたAndroid SDKフォルダの"Tools"フォルダをコピーし、
　コピーしたフォルダにある"Android.bat"ファイルを実行してAndroid SDK Managerを起動してアップデート
　（他のサイトに紹介がありました）
●OSの再起動
　（私の場合、上記を試しても駄目だったので OSを再起動してみたらうまくいきました）


アップデート中にToolsフォルダをリネームできないことが直接の原因のようです。
