It seems to me that the edict2 dictionary project would be so much better if I had access to the code underlying 1)TocDocument or 2) the docs viewer if only for "code folding" in the contents.

Instead, I am faced with reinventing that wheel, am I not ?

What is the obstacle to open-sourcing TocDocument and the Docs viewer? A similar matter is current in the Rebol language community at this time (where key pieces are not yet open source.)

Part 1 of my effort is at http://www.aule-browser.com/kanji/concis...t2-01.curl where the work has gone into the data, not the UI, so far.

(PS more recent vers. at http://www.aule-browser.com/kanji/concis...2-01a.curl )
