The DOWNLOAD at http://sourceforge.net/projects/curl-cdk/ is JUST what it says it is ( "util" and NOT the "cdk".)

I guess most people just figure this out ... but the link for SQLite library in our Curl docs viewer lands you there and not where you need to be ... where the zip's are.
