PathShape, Path and XML

Folks, has anyone got some work on PathShape/Path to XML to SVG transcription ?

I would like to be able to have user save a Curl stroked kanji graphic as an SVG file.

I don't think there is a public API supporting this. But if you create a mobile app containing shape with CAEDE SDK in Curl, try running the output codes in Chrome, probably you could find the shape in SVG code（I'm not quite sure...).
