CalendarControlのスピンについて

こんにちは。

CalendarControlの月/年を選択できるスピン部分で質問です。
標準の状態だと
　　　　　▲で翌月、▼で前月表示　だと思うのですが、
これを　▲で前月、▼で翌月表示
への切り替えはできるのでしょうか？

CalendarControlのカスタマイズクラスを作成しないと無理でしょうか。

こんな感じでしょうか？（違和感があるかと思いますが、これ以上のカスタマイズは、UIクラスを継承してやる必要があるようなきがします。。。）
