Caede Development Tools lincense issue

I know that we need Curl IDE lisence for using Caede Development Tools.
But Caede Development Tools can be used in eclipse Kepler version without license.
When eclipse starts, no warning message shows.
Is it right or a bug?

Another strange thing...
I can make a Caede project with Caede Development Tools but preview function does not work.
Is it also right or a bug?

Could you have another try with a clean Eclipse kepler installation, and the CDE ? I cannot reproduce this on my windows 7 machine.
Maybe your installation is broken ...

I've looked into this problem and found out when this case happens.
In Standard Eclipse version, license check works well but in Java EE Eclipse version(Kepler), license check does not work. So I can use Caede development tool. Of course, such functions like preview do not work, but we can develop Caede apps with Caede development tool.
I tested 3 notebook computers(two Windows7 and one windows 8.1) and the same problem occurs in all test computers.
Please confirm this.

I try to reproduce test.
However, I could not reproduce.

Test environment:
- Windows7 Professional SP1 64bit
- Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers 32bit
　　　Version : kelper Service Release 2
　　　Build id: 20140224-0627
